Join us! PDA is offering you a reason to plan a vacation AND use the costs to attend the dental conference as a tax write-off.* The conference will be held July 16-18, 2026 at the AAA Four Diamond Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Cambridge, Maryland.
Hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay start at $289 per night including a discounted resort fee. Only taxes are additional and the rate is extended to three days before and three days after the meeting (based on availability). Click here to access the reservation portal created for PDA. Important Note: the block of rooms will be held until June 17, or until rooms are exhausted. After June 17 or once rooms are exhausted, whichever shall occur first, rooms will be assigned on a space available basis at the current room rate.

Conference Registration Fees
$449 for PDA/ADA member dentists; $365 for PDA life/retired member dentists; $299 for PDA/ADA new dentists, residents and dental students; $599 for non-member dentists; $365 for hygientists, dental assistants, EFDAs, non-licensed staff and guests. Fee includes courses offered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings, breakfast, breaks and one (1) ticket to the Friday Welcome Reception at 5:30 p.m. You can purchase additional Welcome Reception tickets for guests and children.
OR, register for individual courses at $190 per person ($299 for non-member dentists) and purchase Welcome Reception tickets separately.

1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Tour and Tasting at RaR Brewing Company; round trip transporation, tour and sample of 4 beers; $45 per person and participants must be 21 or older.
7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Sunset Boat Cruise on the Choptank River departing from the Hyatt Pier; $50 per person and seats are limited

8:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. CE: Promoting Wellness with Minimally Invasive Dental Techniques (3 CE Credits) presented by Mark S. Wolff, DDS, PhD
1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Fishing Excursion departing from the Hyatt Pier to fish for catfish, perch and striped bass. All equipment, bait and gratuity included in the price of $160 per person. A Maryland fishing license is required for an additional fee of $20-$35 per person.
5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Welcome Reception - socialize with the other attendees and their families! Open bar, light hors d'oeuvres (food served from 6:00-7:00 p.m.) served inside.
Saturday, July 18

8:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. CE: Implant Complications from a Restorative Perspective (3 CE Credits) presented by Carl F. Driscoll, DMD
3:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Crab Feast at the Suicide Bridge Restaurant (25-minutes from the Hyatt); All you can eat steamed, hard shell Maryland crabs, crab soup, fried chicken, clam strips and more! The all-inclusive price will be announced in May after crabs are in season. Consider booking tickets on the 1:30 p.m. 90-minute riverboat cruise that leaves from the restaurant and then join the crab feast.

Non-dentist dental team members who are not attending the meeting with a dentist should email PDA or call (717) 234-5941, ext. 117.
1. Sign in to the website. Every dentist has a record. For most dentists, your website default username is your first initial, last name and four-digit year of birth with no spaces. The password is lowercase ada and your ADA number. Pricing will be applied based on your membership status once you sign in to the website. If you don't remember your username and password, please contact PDA via email or call (717) 234-5941, ext. 117.
2. Click the Register Myself button and an Add button will appear for each event. Click the "Add" button to select the events you will attend. NOTE: Register Myself button will not appear unless your name is displayed at the top of the web page. Click the words Sign In.
3. To register non-dentist (hygienists, assistants or non-licensed guests) attendees for the course, select the courses and events they will attend.
4. Click Proceed to Checkout to review your order and enter your credit card information.
5. Click Submit Order to complete your registration.
